As part of our commitment to high-quality care at Flourish and Thrive Support, we maintain a robust Quality Assurance framework that ensures every young person receives safe, consistent, and person-centred support. We regularly review our policies, procedures, and day-to-day practices to confirm they meet regulatory standards and reflect best practice in safeguarding and care. This includes ongoing staff training, routine supervision, and internal audits to ensure our team delivers support that is respectful, responsive, and aligned with each young person’s individual needs and goals.

To further strengthen quality, we actively monitor the experiences and outcomes of the young people in our accommodation. We use feedback, incident reviews, and regular wellbeing checks to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate successful progress. By involving young people in decision making and reviewing their support plans with them, we ensure their voice remains central to our service. This continuous cycle of monitoring, reflection, and improvement helps us provide a supportive environment where young people feel safe, valued, and empowered to achieve independence.

We know that trust and respect are earned by being consistent, safe, and providing caring staff who connect with young people at their pace. We never make assumptions about how someone feels they can share that with us when they’re ready.
